finally got around to trying cupcake chic
to be honest their cupcakes are good i guess...
but good in a sense its not too sweet and it's really light and fluffy... however its so light and fluffy to the extent its more like a sponge cake thing that a cupcake.. not compact and the density of the cupcake is too little for a cupcake..
had dinner at some indian restaurant in TTDI.. it's name just suddenly slipped my mind @_@.
food is actually enough for 3 ppl.. lol butter chicken rawks. oh btw this place serves authenthic haagan dazs ice cream for 4 ringgit a scoop!! SO WORTH IT CAN DIE. ill update on the name of the place as soon as i remember @_@. lol

(this post was originally written before i went singapore but i couldnt post pictures so its even later than ever)
granted my post may be a tad wee bit too late but it took a hell lot longer for me to actually compile the pictures. sigh sigh. and okay so i only started on the night itself mere minutes before the end of the actual date but baaabbbyyyyyy... it's the thought that counts you know. like the ever true saying better late than never ;p hehe.
wasnt it funny how we met. over a conversation of emoticons on msn that we could never really forget. not even a hi for well over half an hour when all of a sudden i said i want ice cream and you said okay. so there you go driving in the unexplored area of cheras getting very well lost on your way here just like how your buddy danny did on his birthday. hahaha. funny shit that day was. and the best part. you had no idea who i was and vice versa. all we knew was. heck. he/she's a mutual friend of a friend. and if anybody really knows me im damn anal when it comes to meeting strangers or even going out with people ive never met or talked to before so i guess you really could say fate brought us together. no?
and we took the loooonnngestt way ever to KL while i whined in your car about how dusty and dirty and noisy it was. who would have thought i would end up so attached to this noisy monster of yours.

we took our first purikura together. it being your first time and for someone who stared blankly at me when i suggested it you posed very well for a so called first timer!

One morning, was walking with a classmate who suffered from a fractured ankle along the college hallway, we discussed upon a fella who had disabled legs but a walking stick enabled him to hardly walk.Funny how we take things for granted. Walking. Just a simple everyday thing. Imaginerous person i am, i can't deal with a leg than legs. Driving, skateboarding, running, atheletic person i am. All linked to the everday things we do,use it for chores and necessities which are necessary.
Funny how you've been gone for 2 days now. I've walked for 23 years and 2 days you're not with me since the rough estimation of a year plus. Imagine losing a leg. Damn..
Anyhows, yeah, call and messages on the handy phone. And things feel like it has changed alot. From how i stare at things in your room that makes me think abit too much, in my car with your wasted tissue waste by the door panel and how we used to take each other wherever we go. From day 1, i hung out with more friends and roamed around like the 1 self entertainer i was doesn't feel like how i lived my life. Pathetic people may say, but that's the truth, i can't say cuz time can change things but i'll stick to it..
I miss you.. Bottomline truth.
People argue, regret and make wishes they never had wished for. But unconciously, those are the things that actually drive us. A passion not knowing it's passion.

i seem to be on a pretty extreme roller coaster ride of emotions right now. im currently crying my eyes out to my fav song of the day. angel of mercy by one republic.you know what's worst than having one of your favourite restaurants close down? it's when one of your favourite restaurants food suddenly taste bad while he price increases and the service drops.. =( today i went to nak won in corean village.. one of my favs in the past..not only was the service horrible.. my kimchi selection was pathethic and they didnt even refill it..to make matters worst.. theyd dint serve that steam egg thing that i love so i though maybe it was a minimum number of people per table thing but when we left we saw a couple had it =( so angry can die... and my waiter was like damn lan si showing all sort of stupid faces..
babe asked for his water refill and the damn waiter just dissapeared and waited for 15 minutes until we got annyed and ask omeone else who said ok but never came back.. only at the 3rd tr did we get our water refilled =( and my bulgogi was so horrible that i wanted to leave the whole pot there but MOONNEYY AHH..expensive ah so i forced myself to eat it anyway..to make matters worst.they charged me for corean rice but they gave me normal rice..and you know when u try to make normal rice sticky and moist it ends up horrible.. arghh arghh arghh
so damn pissed eidi.. wait for our desert wait wait wait didnt come..it only came when we got so angry we just stood up and walked to THE EMPTY COUNTER to pay.... which showed our obvious dissatisfaction today... sigh......... maybe it's just a one day thing but for an established restaurant to have such faults even if its just once in a while tarnishes it's entire image =( so sad can die. HAIHHH........
and then on the way home me and the boy were playing and i playfully merajuk!! why u wanan treat me like thattt!! you only have a few hours left with me!!! and then i burst out crying because it hit me that yeah.. in a few hours time im going to be sepearted from my boy for 4 days T____T in our more than 1 year we have never been seperated for more than a day before.. yes la..i know i sound dam clingy and needy and i admit i am okay but i really like waking up in his arms and knowing he's always there beside me in the morning sigh sigh.
and then we passed by the pau stall in segar and i wanted to cry again!! i miss the old man who used to sell those paus T____T now his son or whoever it is is selling them instead then i started to wonder... where's old man pau? what happen to him T___T is he sick? is he okay?? the last time i saw him he had a lot of trouble pushing his pau kart and he was shaking really badly when he handed me my pau and kept stuttering non stop =( ... what if he's gone T______T what if he's really sick T_____T..........mr pau man .. i miss you and your goofy smile =(
and then the stupid bf had to come home and play boston on the piano and he only sang the part i miss you and i started bawling again T___________T.. omg wei.. what's wrong with me....

am so annoyeeeddddd... just when i had something important to blog about. sigh. cruds.. time's running out and i have shit load of things to do before i leave tomorrow. pfft.

me and sweetie jen ai have been labelled the hobbits of the group T___T and the uniforms are so huge on us the dress actually reaches below my knees and flaps around like some big pajamas.. so the wonderful people of good year asked us to alter ourselves and sew it.. so i said i didnt know how to sew and he laughed and said then ah.. nvm lor.. wear like pajamas lor T____T you know.. since they wanted boots i really hadnt expected their uniform to be that conservative @_@ it's not short. it's not revealing and it's not even tight but then again that's the fault of the uniform makers.. "=_= they ordered 90% of size S but in the end there were more M's than S and even the S were super big because some lady went HAH! S SO SMALL! HOW CAN THE GIRLS FIT!! @_@.........
well..let's see size S is equivalent to about size 8-10 "=_=........and most of us got stuck with size M which is the equivalent of size 10-12 "=_= CAN U IMAGINE AH HOW BIG IT IS on hobbits like me and jen ai @_@

my blog is really getting beyond annoying.. first the whole picture uploading episode.. now the publishing is getting worst.. i wrote the post at 1230 am.. i tried publishing until 130 am.. gave up went to sleep.. woke up at 6 to pee.. tried publishing.. its 630 now.. and i still cant publish..........................................................

on a spur of the moment trip to ikea on sunday i ended up luging home 2 cupboards and some random knick knacks in hopes of cleaning up my room *previous pic in previous post spurred that movement*
it's officially tuesday today and despite the fact that the cupboards are made *which was quite fun if i must say..must...buy..more...D.I.Y thing....* ANYYWAYY.. everything is all over the place and because my room is so small i had to throw everything outside the room first before i sorted them out and put them back in place.. so far... i have onli sorted out through my stuff by throwing away things i no longer wanted and random pieces of papers that have accumulated over the year....
and everything is still either outside in random places... or in random places in my room hence making it look like how it did previously "=_= ..... just looking at all my junk makes me feel sleepy and too tired to sort them out.. @_@.......... it's so hard to seperate my stuff into groups because everything is so random @_@ the only thing that most of my things have in common is.. they are mostly cute stuff *o*............but besides that "=_=......... hmmmmmm... and everything is soooo small and mini sized that there is just sooo super much things to sort out @_@ sigh sigh. my room and the outside of my room now looks like i just moved in or something #_#
i even tore down my leehom posters... too much dismay my walls have patches of paint missing now.. garhhhhh.. wanted to hang my cork board thingie up but the mother said it's dangerous because it might fall on my head =S.. pfft... szeee yeeeee.. whereeee areeeeeeee youuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu............

sighhhhh..major dilemma right now..for the job this weekend at singapore i need knee length boots.. HENCE i have to go buy a pair because most of the other girls already have their own ones HENCE the client is not providing any for us T__________T
and knee length boots are sooo uber expensive for a pretty and good quality pair...
so the dilemma is this..
do i get a cheap pair from sungei wang and risk it not lasting long and not being too comfortable or do i go for one that is WAYYYYYYYY more expensive but more confortable and nicer looking ONLY TO END UP SPENDING MORE THAN HALF my job's salary on it knowing i will probabaly never have the chance to wear knee length boots in KL again except for jobs =(
i thought i had a pair that my mum bought for 70% off last 2-3 yrs but at that time it was too big for me.. only for me to discover they arent knee length boots T____T why my memory so fail.. and hell..those pairs only reach like halfway up the calves and at 70% off still cost about 200+ T_____T. HOW MUCH ARE KNEE LENGTH ONES GOING TO COST ME. omg. can die wei.

and the most annoying thing is MY NEIGHBOUR has been complaining that my dogs keep barking at around 4 something 5 and is disturbing the peace "=_= wtf.. what about the stupid airheads behind out house banging and hacking away for over a year... buld already destroy buld destroy.. as if playing with lego's like that...

hm hm.. today is going to be a pretttyy lazy day @_@ all the boys in the hse are sick @_@ dad's down with a stomach ulcer and the boy's having some throat infection.. tsk tsk...was suppose to head on over as a volunteer for SPCA today but it looks like i'll be staying home =S sometimes i really hate volunteering for SPCA.. i always end up bonding too much with the puppies they put up for adoption and end up crying when they dont find homes =S it's damn sad you know. sigh sigh.
tonight is KL freeze. im suppose to be going over.. but looking at the boy's condition im not entirely sure if he's up for it *o* oh well.. it's only 2 right now... we'll see how the little monkey's doing later =3

i really dont know what's wrong with blogger. at first i thought it was just my connection but even publishing took hell a lot of time with repeatedly DIFFERENT error messages @_@... yet my downloads were still moving at maximum speed which meant my connection was fine.. =Sand the most annoying thing is when i tried doing Vvens tag. eveytime i pressed spaced it spaced 2-3 times and i had to go into edit html code to fix it which later turned out to too much of a fuss and i gave up mid way. sigh. btw vvens! ure missing no 22 or 23. i forgot! but one number is missing!
was browsing my msn list and one of my friend had the cutest nickname ever. lol. it said "Common sense is like porn. Hard to define, but everyone knows what it is when they see it. "
am starting to have that urge to bake again but my mixer and oven is in really bad shape =S the boy's mum was going on about the new oven in their new hse which is still under renovation and demanded that we baked and said the first thing she wanted to bake was apple pie. you know. i never made apple pie before. and i love apple pie but i love apple crumble more =S

my connection is still refusing to let me post pictures so instead i will relay 2 very dramatic stories a corean friend of mine was involved in and told us about =S yes i spell korea with a C because i was reading some book on corean history and originally korea was spelled with a C. la la la.anyway there was this case abt this pair of corean twin brothers and 1 died because he was stabbed in the leg and apparently it was in the newspapers everywhere but i rarely read the newspaper so i dont know la. and to be honest i dont remember if it was COREAN TWIN brothers or was it TWIN chinese guys that stabbed the poor corean guy =S but either way it is unimportant.
so the story was like this. two parties were fighting over a parking space and the chinese dudes got angry and got out of the car and forced the corean dude to come out of the car. out of nowhere the the other chinese dude takes a knife and stabs the corean guy in the leg and twisted it (the knife not the leg) and so the corean guy was rushed to the hospital where he died a week later because the knife had cut off one of his vital veins.
my friend was very angry because the guy was a friend of hers and when the guys family reported the case to the police the police did ABSOLUTELY nothing. so she felt really bad for the guys family and pursuaded the father of the boy to hold a press conference and alert all the medias and he did. it was only after the whole media pressure thing did the cops actually bother to do anything.
the best part was. the cops caught the 2 guys after 2 hours. REASON. the whole time. they actually knew where they were and they knew who the 2 guys were but they just couldnt be bothered to do anything and only acted after all the press and media coverage. HOW CAN RIGHT!! when i heard i also got angry!!
so anyway my friend who we will refer to as S also found lawyer to handle the case. but the lawyer who was supposedly very good dropped the case because he was moving to brunei or something and said he would pass the case to someone even higher ranked and he did. and they got their court cased pushed forwards. usually it takes maybe a year or two but they got it in about a week.
AND THE 2 MAN WERE CHARGED ATTEMPTED MURDER and not murder. theres a more complex term for it but my brain cant seem to recall it atm. so the 2 men were only charged with a 30 yr jail sentence instead of the life for life thing. THE REASON FOR THIS WAS. the men admitted they assulted the corean dude BUT WITH A FRIGGIN GOLF STICK.........and the police believed them "=_= and there's nothing the corean family can do because the knife used cannot be found.
another reason was also because the 2 guys were druggies and alcoholics. during the assault they were high on BOTH drugs and alcohol hence they were apparently unable to think properly so it was NOT INTENDED murder. wtf right. apparently based on malaysian law if u kill someone while you are intoxicated it is not murder because you arent thinking straight and all you get is jailed "=_=
and that is the end of case one. SO ANGRY RIGHT. sorry lar. my post not detailed enough but i just felt that i needed to share it.
and then part 2 was when S mum's friend heard about how she helped the previous corean family. so she called S and said please help her because her husband was in jail and they would not drop the charges when in fact her husband was VERY DAMN WELL INNOCENT.
this what what happened. while driving home from work. the man saw a group of guys abt 18-19 yrs of age beating up a corean kid in the street until he was bleeding all over. he was very angry because he realised in the whole group there were corean kids as well. so he got out of the car and he wanted to stop them but he was afraid he would get hurt so he brought along his kendo stick just to scare them off.
IT WORKED. however on malaysian law even a kendo stick is a form of weapon. wtf. anyway he confronted the kids and hustled them into their cars and got them to leave but 2 of them stayed back and refused to go. and either one or both was corean. so the corean guy asked the boy. WHY did you let your friends do that! you are corean also! you should protect your fellow coreans! why are you involved in beating him up as well.
and this very brave and smart aleck boy put his face like 2-3 inches away from the mans face and said very rudely. ITS NONE OF YOUR FUCKING BUSINESS. and in corea society this is very disgraceful. and then they tried to grab his kendo stick to whack him. so they were wrestling all over with the kendo stick when a cop car passed and apprehended them.
the damn boys told the cops that the man had assulted them with his kendo stick!! wtf right and so the man got locked up..
so his wife called my friend S and she went to the police station to act as translator. yes she works as a translator but she was doing this as a favour only. and she witness the wife of the man begging the 2 boys to drop charges and you know the best part. the fuckers DEMANDED 10K IN CASH if she wanted them to drop the charge. OMFG WEI. DAMN ANGRY CAN DIE.
fast forward fast forward cuz not that interesting. after that S told the police what happened on the mans side cuz the man coudnt speak english. and the police started to question the two boys. and the 2 boys insulted my friend in corean @_@ which pissed her off and she started yelling at them back and contacted the corean embassy.
fast forward. finally the case was settled but the corean embassy representative said the most fucked up thing ever to the corean man. he said he deserved it because why the hell did he interfere in the fight. he should have just let the boy there die.
OMGWTFBBQ. I AM SO ANGRY!! AND I THINK the coreans in malaysia should be angry also!!! HOW CAN THE REPRESENTATIVE OF ALL COREANS IN MALAYSIA SAY SUCH A THING!!! just let the guy die. wtf. and it's a corean guy summoh. *&#@&*#^@^#*&@#
anyway sorry if my post is damn serious but i write it in such a manner but i dont know. i just cant seem to bring myself into writing it properly because i am only relaying what i was told and i wasnt involved so i cannot feel the emotions S felt. anyway both these stories are true and not made up okay.

Everyday i tend to get more traumatised and pissed off at the world and the goverment of each particular country. sigh. i tried uploading pics but my connection just doesnt seem to allow it. i know there are a lot of words but please read on.
Phillipines has a new, popular sport - barbaric horse fighting. Occuring almost exclusively in Mindanao in the southern Philippines, and in parts of China, stallions are been whipped into a fighting frenzy by the presence of a young mare who is "in season" and are staked to the ground in the middle of the muddy arena. Overwhelmed by desire, the stallions attacked each other in a bid to defeat their sexual rivals. This sport reminiscent of sports from the Middle Ages see horses being kicked in the head so hard that their eyes have popped out of their sockets. Other horses have had their ears ripped off.
This is equally traumatic for the mare used as "bait" for the stallions. Not only is she repeatedly hit by stray blows from the duelling horses, but the poor once-beautiful animal was also obliged to mate with the victorious stallions from each "bout", meaning that she is mounted as many as 30 times during one tournament which can last up to six hours.
Many of these horses often die in the ring from exhaustion or their injuries, wounded horses are often killed for their meat at the arena, their meat then barbecued and sold to the crowd. Some break their legs as they desperately try to escape. But the bloodier the injuries, the louder the crowd cheers. The crowd come in the thousands to watch the bloodbath, including hundreds of children. Many of the adults are drunk and spend their time gambling and jeering at the battling animals.
Although horse-fighting is illegal in the Philippines, corruption and lack of enforcement ensure that the tournaments continue - and with apparent official sanction. Matches are featured on TV, and local businesses sponsor horses and tournaments. Local authorities offer prize money.
Network for Animals Phillipines wants to build clinics to treat injured horses and to educate local people about caring for animals. It is also encouraging tourists to avoid the southern Philippines. WSPA and SPCA Selangor would also like to seek your help to join this campaign against this horribly barbaric horse fighting.
You can register your protest to this horrific cruelty too. Please write to the embassy of the Philippines in our country, explaining that:
You believe horse fighting and the inhumane slaughter of horses is cruel and therefore unacceptable.
You are disappointed that the Philippines’ animal welfare legalisation is not being upheld, allowing these illegal fights to continue.
You will not consider visiting the island of Mindanao or encouraging others to do so until the laws preventing horse fighting are fully enforced.

next time im gonna video tape him to show you guys =D hell. he could even reach the top of the vert ramp. which is like 4 times my height. hence being abt 6-7 times HIS HEIGHT! @_@ how awesome is that. and it's damn steep. you can probabaly only reach half its height by running up it.

THIS IS CANADA's IDEA of a reduced and MORE HUMANE seal hunt. wtf.
not sure if i can pull it off as i might not have the right clothing and i dont think strangers on the street will give much reaction to it either because the thing im suppose to do is actually a quite common sight @_@.
and my selection of clothes has been reduced to a sight of pityfulness due to the sunburn i got from working at f1 "=_=........ its not the normal all around body sunburn. i actually have a triangular patch above my chest that is sunburnt "=_= AND ONLY THERE... GG.
oh yea ive been meaning to say this. charms cafe at the curve is having a 50% off total bill thing for bills above 100 ringgit BUT NOT INCLUDING DRINKS... so worth it wei. it goes on until the end of april.

yup. they have seperate menus for breakfast lunch and dinner. i recommend going for lunch and breakfast for the food but only for the desserts during dinner. i swear big price diff as well as taste dff.
and i end this post with an ah lian pic. wtf. yah. im actually quite ah lian or more to the side of just plain lazy. see how i clip my hair. lol.. i think alea n li tim know. they saw me wearing a dress with flip flops and an unmatching jacket while my hair was clipped to the side like that @_@

EXCEPT WITH BETTER QUALITY CHOC...... both desserts were equally awesome and we were craving more but sakit wei wallet. @_@.. had to eat at home for damn long after this meal.
