with a strange sense of uncertainty i took a different route today. it looked cooler on the other side with shadier trees and less people. then it started; rows and rows of flower vendors to my left and my right. such a strange sight it was.i wondered what day it was. was it a significant date? not in my mind it wasnt. so was it a corean celebration? no it couldnt be. it was only on this street near yonsei university that was crowded with these flower stalls.beautiful roses decked with springes of baby breaths that made my heart wish for a bouquet from some passing stranger.
as i walked through the gate i was greeted by the sight of people everywhere. in the background jason mraz played. happy faces, young and old. it was graduation day for the students of yonsei university. a myriad of expressions and faces. colours blending into one another as hugs and happy chatter were exchanged.
i walked straight into the sea of people. a stranger, a foreigner among them. i could feel their eyes follow my back as i made my way past them. i could hear them think. wondering who i was, whos girlfriend could i be. or perhaps someones sister or even daughter. yet i walked on, alone to somewhere much deeper.
i didnt know how to react. i wasnt happy neither was i sad. it was a different feeling all together. one that i have yet to understand. it felt surreal and it scared me.
i walked on and i saw something that made my heart smile. it was a man of about 70 or perhaps even older in his graduation gown. he stood out from the others. not because of his age but because of his smile. it was not a smile of excitement and joy. instead in its place was a smile of simple contentment. pure and unadulterated.
to his left was his daughter proud and pretty and to his right was his wife joyful and strangely child like. i stood and watched this little family and i was happy for them. genuinely. it was nice to know that there were still families out there who would really support each others dreams and decisions no matter what it was.
and i smiled. a happy smile for the first time today. =)

today is my 2nd last day here and technically it can be considered my last despite the fact that my flight is at 6 (7 malaysian time) ... 2 hours before check in. 2 hours to get to the damn airport. and natalie only finishes class at 1. 2 hours for me to pack my bags *O* because i am so last minute like that.there's a million things i want to get that i told myself i have so many days left. i'll come back later to get but now. i dont have timeeeeee T_________T argh argh argh argh.
time passes so quickly here. it's already my 7th day in corea but it feels like only my 3rd or 4th. but i miss my baby and my pets a lot =( it feels weird not having my dogs lie next to me or waking up to the bfs kisses.. hur hur hur.
and i havent even bought souvenirs for the guys yet!! ISH! what the hell do u buy guys @_@ girls are so much easier to shop for. pfft.

ive concluded that it's not only the skin care products but the weather and the clean air here @_@ my skins all smooth and nice now but for some strange reason my hair is TOTALLY dying and my eye bags are getting worst by the minute @_@ which is damn weird cuz im sleeping earlier than i usually do in msia and im not oversleeping either *O*theres so many pretty and cute things i want to buy T___T but but but. ish. i fell in love with a white shar pei yesterday and omfg hes so cheap!! pets here are super duper cheap.. a shar pei in msia would probabaly cost abt 2k or more.. here its only abt 3-400 ringgit!! T_______T i wannnttttt but his air fare is more expensive than mine... wuwuwuw
i was majorly dissapointed yesterday. BBQ chicken in seoul isnt as good as the ones in KL although it originated from corea which is weird. but the skin is really crispy and its a lot cheaper here in a way i guess. but still sad wei T____T in malaysia the original friend chicken has a very strong olive oil taste which makes it feel really fresh and different.. the ones here feel more like they were friend in normal oil and then DIPPED in olive oil just for the scent.. T_____T sighy
haha.. i think you guys have never seen so many words on my blog at one given time before.. its usually flooded with pictures but i cant really upload them since im usually using natalies uni's computers.. *O*
im sick again =( okay so i was never okay..but from a flu now its turned into a pretty bad cough T___T garh.. lots of phlegm!!

once again a million things are running through my head. i want to write. emotionally expressively but i am surrounded by people. it distracts me. though i know they cannot read but what would it matter anyway. it's their presence that makes me such a stranger here.my period came early this time round. maybe its the pms speaking or perhaps thats whats been triggering my random moods. sullen, quiet and sad.
i cried 4 times yesterday. once when i watched a couple walk by. hands in hands. one head burried in the other's neck. the 3rd time when we watched prime again. songs so familiar it made my heart sink in its sad demeanour. and the last when you said good bye on the phone. i wonder if u know just how much i really do miss you.
the 2nd time i cried yesterday was the strangest of them all. i saw a shop from a far and as much as i resisted i walked in its direction. it was a shop dedicated to a storybook character. it was a story of a cat who fell in love with a rabbit and they had cabbit babies.
the paintings. they looked so lonely. i could not speak. in the background the saddest happy song played. it was wordless, just a tune like those from the fairytales we frequent. as i walked past the shelves, my hands swept across their surface tears stung my eyes for no apparent reason.
even natalie who would roll her eyes at my usual cute shop fascination stood fixated in the shop and i knew she felt what i had felt. it was strange to be able to connect to these furry animal paintings. the owner of the shop told us stories. he showed us magazines of these precious paintings and the story of the artist and her creation.
it felt good and in some ways comforting. i wanted to bring these paintings home with me but again money was a factor so the owner of the shop gave me their website. i wish i could give it to you now but i dont know why its name appear so foreign in my mind i cant seem to recall the website.
im sorry. my writings a mess. the throngs of people passing by discomforts me.

another thing i noticed is coreans have AMAZING SKIN!. like seriously amazing @_@ even old people who are like in their 70s have virtually wrinkleless skin @_@ its smooth like porceleine.. nat recommended me a brand and its reaaallly reallllyy cheap.. like 100-150 bucks for a set of cleanser toner n moisturiser plus a whole lot of free stuff to go with it. her friends use it and their skin is like *O* im damn tempted to get a set but im not sure if i can afford it right now =( BUT ITS SOOOO TEMPTING.. will take a look at it again soon. hehe.
on a less happy note and im extremely annoyed at someone. i deliberately came to corea earlier and CANCELLED A JOB so i could go back earlier for another job which was originally confirmed. AND THEN ALL OF A SUDDEN the guy decides to switch me with another girl BECAUSE IM SHORT.

2nd day here.. and its still pretty cold @_@ looks like an early autume will be coming.am still sick like a dog and it seems im not the only one getting sick @_@.. nat's roomies really sick as well.. and nat killed the fan in my room "=_= so if i sleep without the fan its really hot.. but if i sleep with the air cond it becomes friggin cold and its really bad for my cold =(

It's FuGZ and i'll be reviewing a movie i've watched recently; Death Race.
Starring one of my favourite actors from the Transporter, War (Rogue Assassin), Jason Statham, stars where racing is involved. Now don't get it wrong, it's not your typical sequels to The Fast & The Furious, but gives a serious feel like the first one.
But you do get Mr Tyrese Gibson from Too Fast Too Furious, ah, what a mix here.

but no thanks to dearest natalie who i swear could have killed me.. i was saved by her friend who refused to let me come here by myself..so she came all the way to the airport to bring me here *using a more convenient and easier route CONTRARY to nats directions '=_=* shiny eyes. and she doesnt even know me!!! she even helped me carry my luggage bag around *big shiny eyes*
and when she asked natalie how i was going to the place im staying..and natalie said walk she scolded natalie *my hero* hahahha.. blardy hell.. damn far lor natalie ask me walk... its like asking me to walk from mid valley to 1u or something "=_= or possibly even furthur.. while lugging my luggage bags around.. pfft.. sor jor.. and i almost took the subway even!! lagi die ah.

gosh @_@ nervous scared excited worried all at the same time!!i just saw the bag im using to corea. ITS FRIGGIN HEAVY WITHOUT ANYTHING IN IT WEI!!! but its happy and colourful =D i likeeeee!
my parents gave me the air ticket before they left.. which is weird...why they give me air ticket now! cannot give me later meh? are they seriously considering not giving me a single cent to korea @_@.. *panic mode on*
have yet to print the subway mat nat sent me. YES!! IM GOING TO BE LEFT ALONE TO FIND MY WAY FROM THE AIRPORT TO HER DAMN UNI with the subway and no knowledge of the corean language... AT ALL................. i cant take the bus because even if i do i have to take the subway later on cuz the bus stops far from her uni =( OR SO SHE CLAIMS... and i cant take a cab because i cab will cost 200 bucks!!! which i think is probably half of the total amount of money im going to bring there (actually i dont know how much. i have like no money. what if my parents really dont give me money @_@... wah die wei)
will be bringing my cousins 3G phone with me AND PRAY that it works in corea T_________T i damn scared cannot lor!!! later i really get lost i die
in less than 12 hours i will be at the airport probabaly crying in the bfs arm cuz in the span of time we've been together.. we have not been apart for more than 4 days!! yah so clingy right. i know BUT DONT LET AH.

Baby Rabbits Born 28 July 08 FOR SALE.this is one of the hardest things i have ever done okay. i have never given my pets up for adoption before because frankly i just cant bring myself to do it. but this time i dont have a choice as im running out of space and i really cant afford to keep so many right now.
i have 3 baby rabbits. i havent checked their genders yet but if there is a male i intend to keep ONE male. and the other 2 will be put on sale for 50 bucks each. A small packet of rabbit food will be provided but please get a cage yourself. The rabbits price can be negotiated.

just so you know. rabbits can be potty trained. i have a black bunny whos pics i have yet to post up because u know la im backdated like that. he lives in a solid cage. the ones they sell in pets wonderland for guinea pigs and stuff (its quite big. the big one la not the small one obviously) and he has a tray with cat litter in it which he pees and poos on.
this is extremely convenient because the cat litter isnt too expensive and it clumps after he pees so the poo and soiled cat litter can easily be scooped out. if you want your rabbit can even run around the house like a normal dog after hes been potty train. please check online for more information or email me about it.
the cage i use above isnt really recommended cuz it hurts the rabbits foot. thats why i have a basket inside with lots of towels for them but its harder to clean compared to the cat litter potty trained rabbit.

i am *flabbergasted* ....my mum sent my old maid away and then we got a new maid.. okay we had a temporary maid for a few days before a new maid came..
the new maid has been here 2 days and she doesnt want to work already "=_= wtf.. with the reason she scared.. scared of what also i dunno "=_= something about being alone in the house a lot..

and hor! my blog very boring is it now!! suddenly this week my hits like going up and down like waterfall.. 50+ hits difference continuously @_@
hahaha..anyway today i was working for digi and oh my gosh their main headquarters is friggin awesome wei!! they even have a 10-15 foot waterfall as a water feature and its really damn chun lar their office.
and they hold damn cool events for their workers @_@ ... we had damn many super soakers and this awesomely huge waterguns which i cant remember the name of.. like CRAZY amounts of water was used today...
like after the event ended they had some mini concert with the most awesome musicians i have ever seen.. like guai lous playing sita and stuff like that..and they played reallly really well @_@..
and they were serving tony romas and bubba gump (not very nice though "=_=) for like 2000 pax or something.. and more than 3 quarter of them were digi staff and family... the remaining all the kelefehs like us who worked for the event lar do'h.
i talk a lot. do i talk a lot. ive been talking a lot lately.
and i got some mega dilemma T___T ive been taking contraceptive pills for quite some time now to control my period as well as the cramps.. and they made me gain a whole shit lot of weight..
so im technically on a diet (which is not a real diet..just involves reducing my food intake but not watching what i eat..lol..or at what time.. wtf)and i got thin again but not entirely .. just a few days ago friends who havent seen me like few months went. WAHLAO. u damn fat already right.. (they obviously didnt see me a month ago) and my aunty started laughing and said.. wah u really gain a lot of weight already ah (wah. hancur terus my semangat)
so anyway i lost quite some weight la.. but in sad places like my boobs also T____T so sad can die. but thats not the point. the point is during this 1 month of berdiet.or maybe 2-3 weeks la.. i actually ran out of pills so i didnt take it for a month... but just a week ago i started them again.. and instantly im all round and bloaty again!! and it looks almost like i didnt loose any weight at all (besides at my boobs "=_=)
i dont feel like taking them anymore!! but if i dont my periods will become super duper irregular and the cramps will me devastating T___T and i like being able to stop it for a month if i need to go on some beach holiday or something *O*
its quite sad because my gynea told me she gave me the lowest dosage one..which usually has no weight gaining effects..in fact it would probabaly make me thinner but its working in opposite ways on me T_______T why am i so unlucky!!
this is a very wordy post.. is it not a very wordy post? but i miss my wordy post.. i realise i like going to blogs with words rather than those flooded with pics (wah damn oxymoron can die)

*O* ive come to a rather sad and dissapointing discovery T________Tremember my post about BBQ chicken the franchise from corea?? THEY CHANGED THEIR MENU!!! now you dont have the option of choosing rice or mash potatoes anymore =( it comes with fries =( and you dont get to choose how many chickens.. so if u wanted 3 pieces u would need to order 2 plates which is soo soooo expensive T___T
and they increased price T____T SOOOOOOOOO SADDDDDDDDDDD AHHHHHHHHH
but their food is still good...although i cant say the same about the burger bread "=_= hhaha..
but i loveeeeeee the one in hartamas!! i swear the girl worker there deserves some employee of the year award or something @_@ she was so nice to everyone!! and she did something for me that made me smile a lot XD but i cant tell what *O* not sure if its safe.. lol.. but really wei!! all staff everywhere should be just like her!! then we would all be one step closer to world peace >=D

very often we make ourselves believe that there is always more time to be leisurely despite the quota of things constantly piling up all around us. we give ourselves and occasionally others excuses, excuses in order to avoid the start or continuation of something.however, there are these delicately rare times that we do indeed have to laze around.
don't you just hate it when u rush yourself or push yourself only to realise later that there is actually SO MUCH MORE TIME.

what a potong post right. hahaha. sorry la. i damn dush now. i thought i had an interview at 7 and i slept at about 5 and told the bf to wake me up at 530 =( so i was all groggy and continued sleeping until 6 something and panicked when i realise the time. and now i double check. the interview is all the way until 9!! grr
so the thing is. yesterday ( WOW. AN UPDATED PICTURE POST. "=_=) me and the boy popped on over to Firdauz house for dinner and there were a few things that i just couldnt get off my mind.

A the poor guy does not have the one thing that i find most essential in all houses. A MICROWAVE OVEN!! heck even the nuffnang office has one now!! and i think he really deserves this because microwave ovens make things just sooo soo much easier.
